The Irony of “High-Level” Coaching

The Irony of “High-Level” Coaching

Instead of using their experience to help those who could benefit the most, they simply start only seeking out those with the best genetics, willing to take the most PEDS, or give them the most followers.

Ironically, these are the “easiest” clients.

These coaches create their cliques and drive the narrative of being on their roster as an “elite status symbol.”

It’s becoming more apparent to me the coaches that are in this game just to coach people with the best genetics and gain that “clout.”

I love working with those genetic freaks too, and I have my fair share on my roster who have the “it” genetically and have the work ethic to reach that level...and they will reveal themselves in time.

But that’s not all I’m in it for. I’m in it to help someone reach the highest level of life they can in all aspects.

I’m in this to work with the people who need my help. Who need a higher level of service, expertise, and deeper level of care. Whether that be to help them unlock their potential or pull them out of a dark place and through tough times.

I know coaches who won’t take the natural competitor or pay them attention because the transformation won’t be drastic enough (even if that coach wouldn’t admit it).

I know coaches who won’t take the person with the tougher internal issues because they want quick results and credit so they can promote themselves and move on to the next.

Fuck that.

I’ll take on the Type-A person with lifelong gut issues.

I’ll take on the single parent who doesn’t want to step on stage and needs help regulating their life.

I’ll take on the natural lifter who wants to do their first show and needs guidance.

I won’t reject someone because they don’t want to do PEDS.

I’ll help coach them under the singular goal of becoming the best damn version of themselves.

Because I’m in this to help people. People who need high-level thinking, expertise, and experience with application. People who need REAL COACHING.

I’m here to be the coach to give high-level coaching to someone without high-level genetics. My litmus test is not just: “will this person boost my social profile.”

My test is: “what is this person willing to do to achieve their individual standard of excellence.”

Because excellence is contextual and watching someone achieve that standard for THEM regardless of the transformation that appears on SM is pretty awesome.

My social media growth may suffer as a result of that approach, which is why I no longer care about massive growth but rather gaining one follower at a time who I can provide value to.

So I appreciate everyone who follows and engages with my content. Know each thing I put out comes from a place of the deepest passion and love for this stuff. I’m busting my ass to try to make each post something that you can enjoy and take something away from.

And if you ever need someone who will take on the “tough case,” the “long-shot” competitor, or help deliver a life-changing experience, and who will be in the shit with you more than any other coach you’ll ever meet, I’m here to help.
